Exfoliating scrub (25g)

Directions: Dispense a small amount (about 1/4 teaspoon) of Exfoliating Scrub and combine with Purifying Cleanser. Peri balm (50g)
Having decided to take a proactive approach towards minimising the risk of perineal tearing, or an episiotomy during labour, women wanted an alternative medium to oil for perineal massage and so this balm has been developed. Perineal massage should commence in the last 6-8 weeks of pregnancy to stretch and condition the perineum in preparation for childbirth. Massage reduces the chances of painful second degree tearing or episiotomy. It also encourages you to grow familiar with the sensations associated with childbirth (eg baby's head crowning).
